While specific terms vary by trip, our general approach includes:

Early Cancellations:

• Generally more favourable refund terms for cancellations made well in advance Administrative fees may apply to cover processing costs

Late Cancellations:

• Limited refund availability closer to departure dates Subject to supplier cancellation policies and non-refundable costs

School District Considerations:

• Special provisions for school district-mandated cancellations Flexible rebooking options when possible Coordination with school administration for group changes

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can provide coverage for:

Refund Processing

When refunds are approved:
